Hi, I’m Baillie, the founder of Flow Business Solutions. I’m originally from Arkansas and am a laboratory scientist by trade, and later worked in hospital compliance. Then life took a turn! My husband and I (plus our two dogs) moved to the Netherlands, then later to Sweden, and I found a new career path.

Instead of working in a hospital, I took those same skills and put them to work helping small business owners. I love working as a team, finding better ways to get things done, and making sure you have the support you need to focus on what you do best. I’m all about practical solutions, collaboration, and making life easier—with as little stress as possible. And if we can have some fun while we’re at it, even better! 🤩
